Selecting the "to" field results in error

I can access all of my contacts, but when I go to write an email and select
the "to" field in my new message, I get an error that says the folder has
either been moved, deleted, or I do not have permissions. Like I said, I
can access my folder, but it's like the program doesn't recognize it, once I
want to access it from the "to" field.
It will also autotype the name as well, but I want to be able to select
multiple contacts through my "to" field.

You need to post your Outlook version and the steps you used to corrupt your
Outlook Address Book.

My version is 11.0. The problem came when the computer i had before crashed
and got sent in. They backed up my contacts and put them back on my current
computer. Which worked, except for the aforementioned problem. That is when
I began having the problem.

You just need to configure your Outlook Address Book correctly:
