Self Assign Team Task

I a 5 taskks which can be performed by a team called abc. there are 4 persons
in that team . i want the tasks should be visible to all of them. Anyone
should be able to self assign a particular task. Please Help.

The assumption is that you're using MS Project Server 2007:

1) Create a team resource
2) Assign the 4 members of the team to that team
3) Assign the task(s) to that team (not the individuals)
