Send a page by email

When I choose File, Send to send a page I receive a message "Send Mail failed
to send message" I sent this same page many times yesterday. What I can I do
to fix this issue?

Try asking in a newsgroup that supports whatever email client you are using.
It's actually not a FrontPage problem.
