send emails

i set up an email account, but i do not have a send button, i am trying to
send a resume thru microsoft works word processor, my sister cannot open it
because it says files are not encoded properly, i also tried thru microsoft
outlook, please help

Not an exact answer to your question, but Word should be able to open a
Works WP document if the Works translater is installed. Ask your sister if
she's done that.

does it make a difference that her computer is windows 98, i told her to
download adobe 7.0, she is only capable of downloading 5.0,or 6.0,so back to
my 1st question, how do i make the send button come on on my outlook express
email, it is not there,please help, thanks manuela

It shouldn't.

Which has nothing to do with Works, so I'm unsure why you're bringing it up.

Works is a Microsoft product, just like Word. To get an add-in like that
for Word, one visits the Office web site and downloads the translator for
the appropriate version of Word. I'd supply a link, but you haven't
supplied the version of Word she's using, so I can't.
