send margin and printer codes to html page when opened

I want to be able to have fixed margins T, B, L, & R and landscape printing
when someone opens a particular web page. How do I send the margins and
landscape printing to an html page when it is opened by different users and
reverse these changes when that page is closed? I'm using Excel to make this
html page entirely without frontpage and adding a link for the web page. Is
there some code that be used from excel before it is made into an html page
or is there something I can add thru frontpage?

You can not control a users printer setting from a web page.

Thanks for your response. On may web pages you see a "Printer Friendly page"
that prints the info from the web page. I believe this is set up with a
separate page but it seems to be formatted for printing on anyone's computer
or printer setup. How is this accomplished.

Usually, the prnter friendly page is designed to fit in a page not
more than 620px wide - the typical width of a printed page in Portrait
orientation, with margins as set by most browser defaults.

Correct, stylesheets is the most efficient way to handle styles for
online viewing or printing. And they cannot change the printer settings
(printed page margins and etc.).
