Send - Receive Button Still Fails to appear

Dear all after my post a few days ago I have reset the toolbars and renamed
the outcmd.dat to outcmd.old with no effect. I still cannot use this new
version of outlook. Does anyone have a solution? I have also uninstalled and
reinstalled with no effect.
