Send/Receive Problem

I am using Outlook 2003 and I cannot get it to automatically receive
when I start it up. I went to the Microsoft Knowledge Base and found a
fix for the problem, which I implemented, but it still does not read my
messages automatically. I am using a cable connection and not a dial
connection. Could this have anything to do with the problem? Tnank

Have you set up automatic send/receive in your send/receive groups?
