Send/Receive Progress

When I send a message with an attachment (as small as 2 MB)
the send/receive status starts at 100% and decreases to 1%
and then I get errors. Anyone have the same problem.

Yes, I have the same problem. In the task progress window, tasks will begin to accumulate and status decreases incrementally even if I am only sending one email. It is frustrating. Any luck finding a solution?
