send to onenote driver- increase print resolution?

I love the "send to onenote" print driver. However, I often find the print
quality poor, especialy if the original has small print or details, or if I
need to print a hard copy later. In these instances, I dont mind having a
large file size....

Is there some way to adjust the resolution/quality of this "printer"?

thanks in advance for any replies

I am looking for a solution to the same problem. So far, I did not
find anything that drastically improved the quality of printed PDF's
into onenote. However, I have found that the program PDF anotator was
a possible alternative for editing High Quality Scanned PDF's.

Anyone found a way to add HQ PDF's printouts in onenote ?

IMO the resolution is quite OK with "normal" PDFs. I'm not using "High
Quality Scanned PDFs.

I'm heavily using the "PDF Annotator".
Due to the restrictions in ON (main shortcoming the missing if the
urgently needed function if binding objects together) I gave up
importing PDFs in OneNote and use Acrobat's "Organizer" to keep things
together.
The Annotator is a fantastic instrument for commenting, adding
manipulating PDFs

I also would like to join a club! Some printouts loosing too much on quality
after sending them to one note.
I noticed however that you can achieve slight improvement if use option in
ON to "insert" a file as printout. It gives slightly better result rather
than printing out from third party program (adobe, powerpoint etc).
Nonetheless, I'm looking forward for proper solution.

I have a similar problem. I have been using OneNote to capture the state of
a dynamic webpage by using the "Print to OneNote" feature. But when I later
try to print that OneNote page on my laser printer, the hardcopy is so fuzzy
it is illegible.
