Sending a new email, when I click the "to" button, nothing from m.

After trying to install a Franklin-covey program and having mulitple
problems, now when I start a new email message and click on the "to" button,
the window that is supposed to show all my address book contents/email
addresses comes up blank. Every field in the window is blank. I have to
manually enter addresses directly into the email "to" field. Ideas?

After you click the "TO:" box you should get a window... check what options
are available in the drop down list under "Show names from the:" ... if it
says "Outlook Address Book" by default, you might want to try changing it to
"Contacts"
