I created a customized Outlook form in Outlook 2002, and I published it to
the Personal Forms Library. I also made the compose and read page the same
form format on the form design. I also saved the form as an Outlook
template. A .oft file. I am able to open the form from this location and
enter data in the form. When I send the form to myself, the data I entered
doesn't show up on the form. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have
never created or used an Outlook form before and the Outlook help options are
not guiding me in the right direction. Please advise, thank you.
