sending emails to a large lists of contacts

Hi

i am trying to send an email to a large amount of clients
which i have stored on a excel file, i need to send an
email to them all, however dont want them to see everyone
else I have sent them to. is there a way to hide the other
contacts i have sent to?

The best course of action would be to send individual messages by using the
Excel file as the data source for a Word mail merge.
