Sending out several emails one at a time

Hi,

Every month we send a note to our 1300 clients about our
monthly webcast. We have been having trouble sending
these due to mail servers blocking large amount of e-
mails. We can only send out about five at a time which
would take a very long time. Is there program that works
with outlook that will send 1300 emails one at a time?
