I have typed in addresses and am ready to send the publication as an email.
Microsoft Help says I need to click on Send, but can't find Send. Please
help! If i go to Send Email options in File, there is no simple Send.

You must attach the file. Open your message, click on the Paper Clip icon
(just right of the Send icon, browse to your Publisher file and click
insert. Now type in the recipeints addresses and click on the Send icon.

Do all of the recipients have Publisher? If not you are wasting your time,
their time and bandwidth. I suggest that you create a pdf and send the pdf.
The pdf will be a much smaller file. Anyone with the free Adobe Reader can
read the file.

To create pdfs, choose either Win2PDF or PrimoPDF Both are free and operate
as printer drivers. http://www.win2pdf.com or http://www.primopdf.com
