Sent items folder--want to change fields but don't know how

For some reason, my sent items have my name as the field on top (as opposed
to the name of the receipient "To:" which is what I would like. For example
presently it looks like this:

Fatima Argun (My name) Date
RE:
To:

How may I change the setup so that it shows the "To:" field on top?
