Server Timed Out

I had to reinstall Frontpage 2002. When I update my
website, I make changes on my computer first, then
publish. Since reinstalling Frontpage, I keep getting
the message: "The server timed out. The current request
did not complete successfully." I have checked with my
ISP and DNS Services and they say everything is ok on
their end. Could it be a setting that I am missing? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
