Service packs & adding more Office Applications

I have recently re-installed Office 2000 Professional but forgot to go on to
install Publisher from the 2nd CD. My CD is an SR-1 copy but I have used
Office Update to install SP3 and all other security updates.

I now want to add Publisher. What do I need to do about SP3 and any other
critical updates? Unlike Windows 2000 hotfixes they are not listed in the
"Add/Remove Programs" list. Do I need to re-install? If so, will Office
Update recognise this?

Thanks DL. Just wasn't sure that the installation program would not
overwrite newer files and that Update would recognise that additional files
from an SP or hotfix might be required.
