Service Unavailable.... Try again later....

I have two email accounts on OL. One works fine. However on the main
identity I keep getting
"The service is not available try again later." I try going to the MSN Home
page whitout using OL and still I cannot access
my emails. Again the other account is fine.

So I tried accessing my email from a different computer and lo and behold I
can access my emails.
What ever problem exist is on my PC.

I do not have the slightest idea on how o fix this

Since Outlook doesn't have identities, perhaps you're using Outlook Express
instead.

Have you rebooted?
