Set Default Insert Picture

Good Day I am inserting PNG files into a PPT (2003) project. When I insert
these pictures, I want to be able to go directly to the location of my
picture files. How do I set a default location to Insert Pictures? In the
Tools > Options Box I can change the settings to save a file to a
user-defined location. But can I do the same thing when trying to insert a
picture?
