set font type & size in Publisher

Would like to set font size and type so it is the same throughout the body of
the publication. And would also apply to text imported to the publication.
I'm using Publisher 2003

To add to Mary's comment. Once you have the text defaults set up, use Paste
Special to clear formatting of the text in the clipboard. Or copy and paste
into Notepad, then copy and paste from Notepad to Publisher.
