How do I program my photos on my web page so they cannot be copied or saved
when someone is viewing them?

You don't. If I can see them, they have been downloaded and saved into my
cache, from where I can do as I please.

Make the images suitable for the web, but useless for other purposes - low
resolution, small size, watermark them. You cannot stop anyone from saving
them.

First you have to decide on a programming language. I prefer the C family.
Then you have to figure out how to replace the pixels in the images with
executable programming logic. Once you have figured out your exact
requirements, you will probably want to sketch out your program flow on a
piece of paper, or use Visio for a nice professional look. Then just take it
one small problem at a time, and before you know it, every photo will be
programmed.
