Setting a time field for project

I would like to use Microsoft Project for a short term project done once a
month. Some of the tasks are due intraday. How can I set up a column header
that uses time of day or can give me a drop down menu with different times of
day as my options?

Hi A.,

Change the view of the dates to one showing date and time in Tools >
Options, view tab. Select the date format from the Date format: drop down.
