setting the same choice and order of the fields in all the folders

How do I set the same choice and order of the fields in all the folders?
For the moment the View settings apply to a particular folder and I have to set them manually in every folder.

If you create a new, named view, you should be able to apply it to each
folder as you visit that folder.

Alternatively, start Outlook with the /cleanviews switch (which removes all
view customizations) and edit the settings for the existing view that you
want to apply everywhere.

Thanks.
1. You mean Start-Run- Outlook /cleanviews ? By the name of the switch I
guess it will remove all the settings. If this is the case, I need to make
sure I know what to do next
2. edit the settings for the existing view that you want to apply
everywhere.

What is existing view?
Where do I edit its settings? View-Current view-Customise Currwent view ?
How do I make it to apply everywhere?

Use View | Current View | Define Views to edit the settings of existing
named views. Try it for yourself by making a new view, setting it up the way
you want, then applying it to multiple folders.
