Setting the Settings

Really quickly: How (exactly) does one get Publisher to remember the page
settings I want. ie. every time I open a new document, I get centimeters,
and usually, I'd prefer inches.

I have not been able to find a "Save Settings" option anywhere. Can anyone
help?

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

It gets the settings from your locale, which is set in the Regional Settings
(IIRC) area of the control panel.

Besides the Regional settings in the Control Panel, you will need to install
the correct Keyboard for your country.
