Setting up scanner - can't find "applies to".

Office 2003 in "Document Scanning Method says:

1. Start one of the programs that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

Icannot understand this. Even searched "Applies to" in files and folders
and came up empty.

Would appreciate any help. Scanner is an HP Officejet R40.

Not quite sure where you are reading this but starting Microsoft Office
Document Imaging application would be what I would recommend.
