setting yahoo mail

I'm about to go crazy, followed the yahoo mail help to set
pop & smtp, but invaine !

who can help?

First question: Did you pay for their POP3 service? If not, your
username and password won't work to access their mail server and you'll
have to use their HTTP webmail service.

If you are using only their freebie webmail service but want POP3
access, get YahooPOPs which runs as a local HTTP-to-POP3 protocol
converter proxy.
