I bought Office '97 through ebay, but every time on setup it asks for a 25
digit code on the back of the cd--but on the back of the cd I have an 11
digit code like this
xxxx-xxxxxxx. Can anyone tell me how to get this up and running?

Contact the seller and request the 25-digit alpha-numeric Product Key
that is required to install Office 97. Without that specific key, you'll
be unable to install your Office 97 program.

The product key for Office 97 is only 11 digits. The product key
for Office 2000 and later is 25 digits. You apparently have an
Office 97 CD jewel case, but what version is the CD itself?
