share mail with 2 users

How can I go about setting Outlook to make all e-mail messages received for
2 seperate users on the same computer. I am using Office XP and Windows XP
and find that seperate users access the same mail account but the records
stay in each users settings. Can I have all mail visible in all user
accounts?
