Hopeless One

I am trying to make a calendar that two other people and myself can view and
edit. I have Outlook 2002 and they have Outlook 2003. Is this possible and
how?

Are you using Exchange or not?

Ummm... I am going to take a stab at the dark and say no because I have no
clue what that is. Sorry.
