Hello.
A set of users has a workbook that they used in Shared fashion.
Sometimes, they still get a message that a specific user has them locked out.
Also, the user connections do not always remove themselves when a person
logs off. This problem had been happening particularly with a user who it
was found still had Office 2000, but now, all of the users in the set have
Office 2003.
Can anyone offer information about reasons why a shared workbook would give
lockout messages, and not remove user instances when that user closes the
workbook?
Thanks,
Mark
