SharePoint Central Administration Site

After installing the Project Server 2007 binary files, and Configuring the
SharePoint Config Wizard for a two Tier Small Farm Installation I'm finding
the SharePoint Central Administration Site will not open correctly.

Performing the installation as Domain Admin using the PS 2007 Server Farm
instructions from the Technet Site.

Proj Svr Install: selected Advanced --> Complete --> Default Paths
SharePoint Config: Create New Server Farm --> SQL2005 Std Server Name -->
Default DB Names --> Domain SQL Service Account --> Admin Page Port as
supplied --> NTLM Auth

Web browser opens with the correct URL, but no content is displayed.

I discovered the SharePoint Admin page will open when logged in as the local
Administrator.

Have tried to configure the Farm Services but are a bit confused with some
of the security account requirements. The link to the Service Account
Documentation on the Technet Resource site does not work... no content
perhaps.

This installation documentation isn't anywhere near as good as that for PS
2003....early days I know.
