Open the file with the calendar in it, and the file you want to copy it
into. Go to "Tools, Organizer" and select the "Calendar" tab. There
will be 2 windows, left and right. If only the 2 files are open, each
window will show one of the file names below the window in a pulldown
list. Should be one window for each file. If not, select one file under
one window, the other file under the other window.
Find the calendar in the window for the file you created the calendar
in and click on it. Between the windows are several buttons, one of
which is the "Copy" button. Click on Copy. The calendar will now be in
the other file.
2 other things. If a Calendar with the same name as the one you created
exists in the Project file you're attempting to copy it into, a dialog
box telling you this will appear. It will give you the option to
cancel, Overwrite the old one, or Rename the file you're copying.
Also, if you want the customized Calendar to be available in all
Project files, make one of the windows in the Organizer for the
Global.mpt file. Copy as above. That calendar will now be available to
all files.
