sharing folders through outlook

Outlook 2002 will not let me choose the "sharing" option
when I right-click a folder, then choose properties. How
do I access this option?

You can only share folders when you are in an Exchange environment and owner
of the mailbox.

Netfolders are no more supported in Outlook 2002.

This is true. And it's the reason I am still using Outlook 2000, while
the rest of my Office programs are 2002...
