sharing outlook files

Is there a way to share outlooks' agenda,contacts and
documents with a another computer? Can these files be
connected and shared between two different computers in
two different locations?

BUT.. If you are working on an Exchange Server you can make these Folders
available to other users on the server.

But if you are not connecting to an Exchange Server, there is little that
can be done.
