sharing task outline

I need to share task outlines across a team in which all members do not have
Microsoft Project. I tried to import the task outline into Excel but it does
not capture all tasks. Anyone understand why? OR do you have a better
suggestion? for now I have been copying and pasting a picture into
Powerpoint...lousy way to do this.

Distribute a properly filtered view using any PDF writer such as Adobe
Acrobat. If you look on the internet, there are some available for free.

We do that here, printing to PDF as 8.5" x 17" large paper.

Another option is "File/Save As Web Page". I have found that everyone
usually has access to a web browser to be able to view the plan and it is a
much easier export than Excel.
