Shifting text boxes when printing

I have a form with a number of contiguous text boxes. On the screen when I
view the form ready for printing everything looks beautiful....properly
aligned with line heights between the boxes the same. However, on the
printed documents some of the lines are fatter than others. I've played
around with adjusting text box sizes until I'm about to go nuts. Any
suggestons?
