Shortcut key for Go to Top/End of document?

Say I'm in the middle of a 300 page document - - Is there a shortcut keyboard command to go all the way to the top and/or all the way to the bottom without using the vertical scroll bar and mouse?

Hi Sarahfab

Ctrl-Home and Ctrl-End. By the way, if you type "shortcut keys" into Word's
help, it will give you a list of all the built-in shortcut keys.
