I'm having a serious trouble , with MS-Word :
couple of month ago , I created about 3000 sound files , to be saved inside a word document , and when I got that word can not take that capacity , so I saved them on a folder , then made a shortcuts , to be easily saved inside a word document ,and this was done .
I recorded important information , from inside the word document , saved on those sound files , they are connected with a specific positions , and words inside that word document , so that you can not use them outside the word document , as they are – the original sound files , on that folder - almost named with an unspecified , undesigned names ,that are not understandable , like 00256 , or fhskdf , …..etc [ I had to accept this style of naming to finish as soon as possible , based on , that it will be positioned , inside word documect , beside an identifying part of speech . ] .
then , yesterday , I found that I couldn't play them anymore , and to be exact , about % 20 of them might play .
it was very good since couple of month ago , until yesterday .
I did not change anything , nor any folder's location ; may be the only new thing I did , is that I tried to save that word document on a CD-ROM , but it failed , and I don't know why !
please tell me how I can replay my sound files , through their shortcuts , from inside the word document .
I'm awaiting for your reply asap.
