Show a picture in word that is only visible in printview?

All of my existing documents are opening showing macros and no pictures. I
have found the solution to showing results instead of field codes, however
can still not show letterheads and other graphics which are in my documents.
The pictures are only visible in print mode. Any help would be much
appreciated.
