Show Clock in Outlook?

Is there any way to show the time at the bottom of Outlook-like where the
number of items you have and the "Online" thing is shown?

No. What's wrong with the clock in the Notification Area of Windows?

In addition to Roady's suggestion, if you're running Vista or Windows 7 you
can have a clock gadget for the sidebar. You can even configure it to
always be on top, and drag it to where you want to locate it.
