Hi all,
In the task Gantt charts I normally want the names of the people who
will complete the tasks to be at the right of the tasks.
However because the 'Resource Names' in my resource pool are quite long
(full name and dept) I prefer to use 'Resource Initials' (which in our
case are first-names) instead.
However I have found that if I use 'Resource Initials', then the Gantt
chart does not show the Utilization percentages after the name, like it
does with the 'Resource Names'.
Example:
When using 'Resource Name' it comes out like this: Anna Christina
Robinson - MIS[50%]
When using 'Resource Initials' it comes out like this: Anna R
I would like it to come out like this: Anna R[50%] !
I CANNOT change the 'Resource Name' column, but I CAN change the
'Resource Initials' column, or add new columns.
How can I achieve the result that I want?
Very grateful for your help!
Best wishes
Jo
