Recently my signature changed and removed my logo. When I went back in to
fix the logo, rather than opening MS Word to make the change, it opened
Frontpage. How chan I fix this to open Word?

I don't see how this is an Outlook question.

It already is set with Word as the editor for HTML files in Outlook. When
you say "in windows", do you mean somewhere else?

Yes, right click on an HTML file in My Documents or elsewhere on the drive
and select open with... find the program you want as the html editor and
enable it.
