Weirdest Outlook problem i've ever encountered and I've tried many things to
help this user, but to no avail. The problem is:
Having NO problem making a signature to use, including a graphic, and
setting it to be used as a default. That's working just fine. When the
person sends me an email with that signature file, it comes in fine!
But, if she sends a msg. to another user in her company OR i reply to her
msg and send it back to her, the msg. comes in with a paperclip as if there
is an "attachment" when there is not.
I have checked many things, including the basic stuff on Exchange and
everything appears to be set properly, BUT i'm thinking it must be a global
configuration issue since all the users in the office have the same problem.
Other than the regular things in > options > mail format (including the
security option "change auto download settings") i just can't seem to
isolate the answer to this issue.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance -- this one's really puzzling!
