I'm having a problem with simultaneous pane scrolling. I
have a split pane in Outlook -- the top is for my list of
messages, the bottom is an open message. Sometimes, if I
scroll through the open message to read it, the list of
messages in the top pane also scrolls simulaneously.
Why, and how can I stop this from happening?
