Single character

When sending an e-mail only the very first character is
sent. ALL others are dropped. Also when I click on Reply
the first few characters are boxes. Then the senders text
apears. I suspect I'm gonna have to do a reinstall. If so
is there a link to "completly remove" Outlook? I'm willing
to do anything at this point...
