Single Sign-on

I have single sign-on prompts prompting everytime I open word even though I
am signed in through the web browser

I suspect you are encountering a posting error and that is the reason
for the duplicate posts.

The error you are encountering is for your Notification. It means
there was an error posting the notification in your profile rather
than your post in the newsgroup. I know, the message doesn't sound
like that - I've encountered it myself and if wasn't already aware of
the problem I would have created my post again. :)

If you encounter the message again, log out and then log back in to
clear it up. Then click the "Notify me of replies" command after your
post shows up in the newsgroup.

The web interface is relatively new and they're still getting a few
bugs worked out. :)
