size of arrowhead

The arrowheads in my inserted pictures (Drawing objects,
not jpegs), look ok in the drawing window but appear not
correct size (usually much too large) when I go back to
the usual Word edit page (page view or normal view).
The arrowheads print out the desired size, but on screen
they seem to show up as a constant "screen size". That is,
if they are, say, 20pixels high, they stay that 20 pixel
size regardless of the zoom I choose in Word (in page view
or normal view).
Has anyone else seen this or know of a fix?

If you're using Word 2002 there was a bug that could cause a sizing issue with Arrow shapes. See if the information in this article
applies:
