Size of webpage in browser

I'm sure this is fundamental, but when I published my
website to the web, my webpages cover only about 75% of
the screen in IE6.0. What must I do to size the webpage
correctly. Is this a browser issue?

Hi Stewart,

No, it is a design issue. More that likely, without a URL to reference, it
is a table with a fixed size.
