Skills Matrix ??

Hi

I am trying to get something to work in project and am stumped. Hope
you can
help.

Basically I want to have a project team with various skills - explample

a - is a joiner and plumber
b - is a plumer
c - is an electrician and plumer.

I would like to be able to allocate a b or c to taks based on their
skill
and ic c in being a plumer and we need an electrician I would liek
project
to tell me I can swap b for c and relocate c to the electrician
requirement.


Basically a skills matrix

I was sure this was possible in project - but cannot find it anywhere -
its
a small company and we really DO NOT want to have to get project server
involved

Can you suggest the best way or closest method to allow this

Sorry, without Project Server or a VBA macro this needs to be done manually.
