slideshow looping

I need to set up a slide show with some custom timings and loops. Can
someone help me?

I have 5 slides. #1 & #2 need to display for 10 seconds each loop
continuously for 3 hours, then I need to have slides #3 & #4 do the same for
2 1/2 hours. After that slide #5 will just stay on constant for about 2
hours.

Is this possible using PowerPoint?
